Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Most of our gifts are made to order and take 2–5 working days to produce; books are despatched within 1–3 working days. Standard Tracked Shipping then takes 4–6 working days. It costs £3.99, and is free on orders of £50 and over.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment – we deliver to UK addresses only.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Books and gifts are despatched from different places, so an order with both will usually arrive as more than one parcel on different days. You only pay delivery once.

Can I track my order?
Yes – you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as each parcel is despatched.

Products

Are items made to order?
Most of our gift range is printed and finished to order by our production partners in the UK, so each piece is produced just for you. Books are supplied from wholesale stock.

Can I add a gift message?
Yes – add it in the notes box at checkout and we’ll include it. Prices never appear on packing notes.

Returns

What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to tell us you’d like to return something, and anything bought between 1 November and 24 December can be returned until 31 January. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you; if an item is faulty, damaged or wrong we refund or replace it at our cost. See our Refund policy for full details.

Can made-to-order items be returned?
Yes. Printing an item to order does not make it personalised, so our mugs, prints, clothing and notebooks can all be returned if you change your mind. Only items personalised with a name, date or custom text are excluded.
