Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Standard Tracked Shipping is £3.99, and free on orders of £50 and over. Delivery takes 4–6 working days from despatch.

Most of our gifts are made to order, so please allow 2–5 working days for production before despatch. Books are despatched within 1–3 working days. Because gifts and books ship from different places, orders containing both will usually arrive as more than one parcel on different days – you only pay delivery once. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as each parcel is despatched.

Returns

We want you to love your gift. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from delivery to tell us you’d like to return it for a refund. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you; if an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we’ll replace it or refund you in full at our cost.

Christmas: anything bought between 1 November and 24 December can be returned until 31 January.

Made-to-order items can be returned if you change your mind. Only items personalised with a name, date or custom text are excluded (unless faulty).
