Cookie Policy
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. They let the site remember things – what is in your basket, whether you are signed in – and help us understand how the shop is being used. Some are set by us, and some by the services we rely on.
The cookies we use
| Type | What they do | Do we need your consent? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keep your basket and checkout working, keep you signed in, and keep the site secure. The shop cannot function without them. | No – they are essential |
| Functional and preference | Remember choices such as display preferences. | No, but you can opt out |
| Analytics (first party) | Tell us, in aggregate, which pages are visited and where people get stuck, so we can improve the shop. Used only by us. | No, but you can opt out |
| Advertising and social media | Set by advertising and social platforms so we can measure our advertising and show relevant ads. These share data with third parties. | Yes – only set if you accept |
Your choices
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings – though blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the basket and checkout working.
Opting out of analytics will not change anything you see; opting out of advertising cookies means the ads you see elsewhere are less relevant, not that you see fewer of them.
Who sets them
- Shopify – our ecommerce platform: basket, checkout, security and site analytics.
- Google Analytics – first-party site analytics.
- Omnisend – recognising you when you arrive from one of our emails, and sign-up forms.
- Judge.me – displaying and collecting product reviews.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads – advertising measurement, where we are running advertising.
